NEW MOON FESTIVAL
The Feast of the Trumpets was designed by God to be fulfilled on a New Moon Festival for a very important reason. The New Moon celebration foreshadows the event of the second coming of Jesus. The New Moon festival and the Seventh-day Sabbath will be celebrated throughout eternity in commemoration of both the creation of this world and the second coming of Jesus—bookends of the Great Controversy waged here on planet earth.
Isaiah 66:22, 23 "For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD."
